You Need a Pharmacy
Use this for mild health problems, ordinary pharmacy access, late-night options and the limited range of basic medicines available at some convenience stores.
You Need to See a Doctor
Use this for ordinary non-emergency medical care. Check the right type of facility, current registration hours, language support and the outpatient process.
119, Emergency Room or Regular Care?
Use this when the situation may require immediate treatment. It covers 119, ambulance access, emergency-room triage and what information to communicate.

Hospital Bills, Insurance & Documents
